Do you guarantee my order? What happens if I'm not satisfied with it?

Because we always strive to offer the highest quality products at the best prices, and we inspect and pack all of our orders with care, we are confident you'll be extremely satisfied with your purchases. However, there are times when items are damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped. Should you experience this, we'll gladly replace them.

DEEPWATERS RETURN POLICY:

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: Please contact us before returning any product!

DOMESTIC AND CANADIAN CUSTOMERS:

1. Any defective, incorrect or damaged item may be returned within 30 days of receipt via the U.S. Postal Service (preferably by Media Mail, if qualified). We will gladly ship a replacement and reimburse you for your shipping cost.

2. Any item you are not satisfied with (not as expected, arrived too late, wrong size, etc.), if returned within 30 days of receipt and received in salable condition, will be issued an exchange or refund of merchandise cost only.

3. CDs, DVDs or other media may only be returned for refunds if UNOPENED. If opened, they may be returned only for replacement with the same item.

4. Regardless of the reason for return, we ask that you please call us within 10 days of receipt of your items if you wish to return or exchange them.  Please DO NOT return items without first receiving authorization and instructions from us. Your return may not be accepted otherwise.

5. Any return that does not comply with the above policy is subject to a significant restocking fee, at our discretion.

When returning items:

Reimbursement

Upon receipt of an approved return, we will reimburse you for the item being returned for the price at which it was purchased. A credit will be issued to the card used when your order was placed. We may need to contact you to obtain the card number in order to issue the refund. 

Return shipping costs

If you ship an authorized return back to us, we will only assume responsibility for reimbursing return shipping charges only if:

  • We have shipped the wrong item, or
  • We have shipped a damaged or defective item For returns for any other reason, the cost of return shipping charges is your responsibility.
  • Returns may be sent to our post office box via the U.S. Postal Service, using Media Mail if qualified. We recommend insuring your return. Because this is a post office box, please do not send your package by UPS or FedEx.
  • Please allow 1-3 weeks for the return to be received and processed. An email confirmation will be sent once we receive your return or exchange.
